What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, ApplePay, GooglePay, Afterpay and direct bank deposit. All transactions are securely processed using industry-standard encryption.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within New Zealand and $150 to Australia. For orders below those thresholds, a flat fee of $7.90 applies for NZ and $14.90 for AU. We also have express options available at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day. Standard NZ shipping takes 2-3 working days for North Island and 3-4 working days for South Island. Standard AU shipping takes 5-8 working days depending on your location. Express options are available with estimated times provided at checkout.
Do you ship internationally beyond Australia?
Currently we only offer shipping within New Zealand and Australia. We are actively working on expanding our international fulfillment and expect to service more countries in the near future. Join our mailing list to be notified!
What is your return policy?
We stand behind the quality of our products with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unopened items within 30 days for a full refund. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.
