1. About us
herbicare.co.nz ("the Website") is operated by VP Health Limited, trading as Herbicare ("we", "us", "our"), Suite 14510, 17B Farnham Street, Parnell, Auckland 1052, New Zealand. By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. Products
- All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
- Images are for illustration. Packaging may vary slightly.
- Our products are dietary supplements and food products. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
3. Pricing and payment
- Prices for New Zealand customers are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST. Customers in other countries see prices in their local currency at checkout.
- Prices may change without notice. You pay the price shown at the time of your order.
- Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and other providers shown at checkout. We do not store card details.
4. Orders
We may cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable, a pricing error occurs or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you receive a full refund to your original payment method.
5. Shipping
Delivery costs and timeframes are set out on our Shipping Information page. Delivery times are estimates.
6. Returns and refunds

7. International customers
Import duties and taxes for orders outside New Zealand and Australia are not included and are the customer's responsibility.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Website, including text, images and logos, belongs to or is licensed to VP Health Limited. Please don't reproduce it without written permission.
