Shipping Information
Australian Orders
We ship to all states and territories across Australia.
- Free shipping on orders over $100 AUD
- Orders under $100 incur a flat shipping fee of $15 AUD
- Expected delivery: 5–10 business days from dispatch
- Orders are dispatched via tracked courier service
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
During peak periods (e.g., promotions, public holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you informed.
Tracking Your Order
All Australian orders are sent with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor delivery progress directly with the courier.
