Shipping policy
We ship from New Zealand. Every order is sent with tracking.
New Zealand Orders

- Expected delivery: 2–5 business days from dispatch
- Rural addresses: please select Rural Delivery at checkout. Rural deliveries can take 1–2 business days longer.
- All prices are in NZD and include GST.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (NZ time) on a business day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends or on NZ public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Processing can take a little longer during busy periods such as sales and public holidays. We'll keep you updated.
Tracking Your Order
When your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel with the courier.
If you haven't received a tracking email within 2 business days of ordering, please contact us at admin@herbicare.co.nz.
Australian Orders
- Flat rate: A$15
- Free shipping on orders of A$150 and over
- Expected delivery: 5–10 business days from dispatch
International Orders
We ship to most other countries for a flat rate of NZ$65. Delivery times vary by destination. Any customs duties or import taxes are the customer's responsibility. For questions, email admin@herbicare.co.nz.
Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe:
- Check your tracking link for the latest update.
- Allow an extra 1–2 business days for Rural Delivery addresses.
- Email admin@herbicare.co.nz with your order number and we'll look into it straight away.
